We are mindful that families often don't have much time when organising a funeral, so it is our priority to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.
Fast Same Day Dispatch Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Time Sensitive Order? If your order is time sensitive we recommend selecting the Express Delivery option for UK orders, and the DHL Express courier option for international orders, as these are the fastest delivery services that we offer.

We offer a choice of Standard International Tracked Post or a faster DHL Express Courier service.
EU & Ireland Delivery Regrettably we no longer ship to EU countries from this website as we are not set up to collect EU VAT. However, you can order for delivery to Ireland from our Etsy store as they are able to collect the EU VAT at the checkout. Please click here to visit our Etsy store.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us on customerservice@angelanddove.com so that we can put things right.
If you would like to return an item, we offer a no fuss returns policy. Simply return the unused item to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange it as you wish. Return postage is paid by the customer unless an item is damaged or faulty. Please use a tracked postal service for return shipping.
